Rose Conceição x Alexia Thainara

Bet: Conceição wins

Analysis: Conceição is training in a better gym (Pittbull Brothers), is LFA champion and has a 7-0 record. She’s more used to winning by decision and has good gas. Thainara has fought in smaller events, but she’s very dangerous on the ground, but the competition wasn’t very high.

Kevin Vallejos vs Cam Teague

Bet: Vallejos win

Analysis: Vallejos’ second attempt at Contender. Last year he lost on decision to Jean Silva, the Lord, which is no demerit, quite the opposite: he lasted three rounds with a guy who is annihilating his opponents in the UFC. Both athletes are knockouts, but Teague was up against some very dubious competition. On his record, he has a win over a 2-12 athlete! Vallejos has a height disadvantage, but I still think he has more weapons than Teague to win.

Francesco Mazzeo x Kevin Christian

Bet: Christian wins

Analysis: The Brazilian athlete has an aggressive style. If the fight drags on, he could get tired. Fortunately, the Italian Mazzeo also has a similar style and a 4-0 record, meaning he has little experience. I think it’s very difficult for this fight to go the distance, and the Brazilian has an enviable wingspan for his class.

Daniel Frunza x Vadym Kutsyi

Bet: Kutsyi wins

Analysis: Kutsyi’s specialty is ground fighting, but he’s no fool on the feet either. Frunza is a knockout artist, but when the fight goes to the ground… it gets complicated. His only two defeats were by submission. And Kutsyi also has better gas.

Bailey Schoenfelder x Danylo Voievodkin

Better guess: Schoenfelder wins

Analysis: Voievodkin has a 6-0 record, all victories by knockout in the first round. Looking at it from above, it seems incredible, but… looking more closely at his opponents, it’s hard to believe that it’s not an assembled record. Schoenfelder has a 5-0 record, and a good game on the feet and on the ground, as well as fights that have gone beyond the first round, so I believe he has more weapons to win.
