I was stunned by the result and now Pinheiro has four losses in a row in the UFC…
Hyun Sung Park vs. Carlos Hernandez

It was all over in the first round. It only took time for Park to find the distance and apply hard blows to Hernandez’s head and knees to the stomach, for the Korean to open the way to victory. With Hernandez in a lot of pain, Hyun took the fight to the ground and easily landed the rear naked choke.

How do you explain Reed’s strategy? The fight started, she went after the knockout artist Denise… she even landed the first few blows, but as soon as Gomes landed a punch on her face, she went Narnia. Denise managed to get the takedown, but in the first round she just controlled. Reed tired a lot and with less than a minute to go in the second round, she couldn’t hold out any longer after a blistering sequence from Gomes.
Luana Santos x Tainara Lisboa

Complete domination by Santos from the start of the first round. When Lisboa threw a kick, Luana threw a takedown at the right time and took it to the ground. And then, with her hips heavy from being a judoka, Lisboa, who had just returned from almost two years out of action, couldn’t get up. The second round was much the same, until at the very end, Luana landed a so-called American finish with a few seconds left and the referee declared the fight over.
Yadier Del Valle vs Connor Mathews

For someone whose contract was already on the line, Connor came in at a very slow training pace. Del Valle came to put on a show. His every attack was to take off his opponent’s head or leg. It was no different. Yadier took his opponent down, controlled him for a while and landed a rear naked choke in the first round.
Jared Gordon x Thiago Moises

On Thiago’s first kick, Gordon caught his leg and took him to the ground. They stayed there for a while and when he got back on his feet, Gordon looked more tired, but in the exchange, he found a perfect overhand and Moises was already knocked out. A couple more punches to seal the deal and it was all over. An outstanding performance from Gordon.

A great fight! Despite the loss, we should keep an eye on this Brazilian, because the guy is different. He was almost winning the fight by submission, but Green’s stamina and physical strength are impressive. The guy managed to escape and then he went in and finished the Brazilian.

It was an intense battle! Contested with every blow. Erosa impressed me with his unique resilience. He took a lot of hits and kept moving forward. And Melk, even though he was only moving backwards, hit Erosa with good hands and kicks, which was essential for him to win. It was tight because in terms of the number of blows, Erosa was superior, but the most powerful were on the Brazilian’s side.
Dustin Stoltzfus vs Nursulton Ruziboev

It was another great fight! Stoltzfus was very dangerous on the ground, tried several shots, but Ruziboev survived everything. On the feet, Nursulton was better, he had the stronger attacks, they hurt Dustin’s face a lot, which was essential for the judges’ decision.

And every attack from Morales hurt Gilbert, until there was no more. A smooth victory for the Ecuadorian, who has a promising future ahead of him.
