Kennedy Nzechukwu vs Lucas Brzeski

Bet: Nzechukwu win
Result: Nzechukwu win by NOCAUTE

Kennedy is doing very well in the Heavyweights! Even though he landed some unnecessary blows, he was landing the best ones on Lucas. And even in the first round, after a bomb with a right hand to the chin, Brzeski went down and stayed there. Second win in a row in the first round for Nzechukwu.

Clay Guida vs Chase Hooper

Bet: Hooper wins
Result: Hooper wins by FINALIZATION

How cool is it to see this Hooper fight! The kid has a distinctive jiu-jitsu, always looking for submissions. He got good takedowns against Guida, who didn’t have many defenses for what Hooper was providing. And even in the first round, Chase caught Guida in a beautiful armbar. I thought Guida was going to retire, but it looks like he’s going to want another round… And for Hooper, the sky’s the limit.

Michael Chiesa vs Max Griffin

Bet: Griffin wins (Low confidence)
Result: Chiesa wins by FINISH

Chiesa was better at all times. Griffin couldn’t stop the takedowns and seemed to be shrinking inside the octagon every minute. In the first round, Chiesa won by dominance. In the second, he was almost knocked out. In the third, with a WELL TIRED Max, Chiesa went up, took the back and got the finish.

Cody Durden vs Joshua Van

Bet: Durden wins
Result: Van wins by UNANIMOUS DECISION

On the ground, Durden was clearly superior. The problem was that he only managed to get the takedown in the first round. From the second round on, it was a boxing exhibition by Van, almost knocking him out at several moments. But Durden held on until the end. Still, a clear victory for Joshua.

Chris Weidman vs. Eryk Anders

Bet: Anders wins
Result: Anders wins by NOCAUTE

Weidman had a good first round, even getting a knockdown, and then controlling Anders. However, in the second round, the blow came: Anders managed to take Weidman down and stayed there for more than two minutes with heavy ground and pound. He even got tired of hitting. At the end of the round, the referee stopped the fight because Weidman was destroyed.

Randy Brown x Bryan Battle

Bet: Battle wins
Result: Battle wins by split decision

Boring fight… Battle didn’t seem to have the same desire as in previous fights. A lot of gridlock. The split decision was fair. Brown had his moments, clearly winning the first round. On Bryan’s side, he had a very good second round. It was the third round that was difficult to score.

Movsar Evloev vs Aljamain Sterling

Bet: Evloev wins
Result: Evloev wins by UNANIMOUS DECISION

It was less boring than it could have been! They both wanted to win. There were several takedowns and a lot of control on both sides. In the end, the decision came down to Evloev’s more effective striking, but if the fight went to Sterling, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Vicente Luque x Themba Gorimbo

Bet: Gorimbo wins
Result: Luque wins by FINALIZATION

UAU. Vicente came in eager to shake off his bad run of form and he did it in fine style. He landed a good punch and when Gorimbo went down, he landed a beautiful finish. Gorimbo didn’t tap and slept!

Dominick Reyes vs Anthony Smith

Bet: Reyes wins
Result: Reyes wins by NOCAUTE

In the opening round, Reyes had already applied twice as much volume as Smith. In the second, Smith went for a single leg to try and get the takedown. Reyes defended himself and started applying a lot of elbows to his head. He didn’t let go and went down badly. From there, it was more than three minutes of ground and pound until the referee stopped the fight.

Nate Landwehr x Dooho Choi

Bet: Landwehr wins
Result: Choi wins by NOCAUTE

Choi was superior at all times and in all aspects. The knockout was only a matter of time. From the first minute, with powerful kicks to Landwehr’s legs, to the various takedowns. Nate simply couldn’t do anything. And in the third round, after yet another massacre, the referee called an end to the fight.

Bryce Mitchell vs Kron Gracie

Bet: Mitchell wins
Result: Mitchell wins by NOCAUTE

I hope that was the last time I saw Kron Gracie in the UFC. For God’s sake. The guy just does the same thing! Calls for guard, stays on the bottom and is controlled. In the second round, he even had a good shot, but Mitchell escaped. He controlled for a long time and in the third round, when Kron called for guard again, Bryce got his hands on him. Two powerful punches and Gracie’s soul was gone.

Cyril Gane vs Alexander Volkov

Bet: Volkov wins
Result: Gane wins by split decision

A robbery! But let’s say an “understandable” one. Although Volkov had more punch volume and control time, Gane had the most significant striking and two submission attempts. And look, Gane himself didn’t like his performance.

Shavkat Rakhmonov vs Ian Machado Garry

Bet: Garry wins
Result: Rakhmonov wins by UNANIMOUS DECISION

What an incredible fight! Very even in all areas. Garry was battering Shavkat’s leg with powerful kicks, while Rakhmonov had a good grid game and takedowns. Garry showed a lot of evolution on the ground and even tried to finish! But in the end, the victory went to Shavkat, who now only has to fight for the belt.

Alexandre Pantoja x Kai Asakura

Bet: Pantoja wins
Result: Pantoja wins by FINALIZATION

At first, it looked like the Japanese fighter’s famous knees would make the difference. But Pantoja survived. At the start of the second round, Pantoja stuck to Asakura, took him to the ground and from his opponent’s back, the Brazilian was home. It was only a matter of time before he found the rear naked choke. And he remains champion!
